Super fast Protein Berry Mouse Ingred

Into the blender it goes – out comes a beautifully yummy and nutritious mousse!

Serves 1-2 (depends on how greedy you want to be!)

1/4 cup – Natural Yoghurt or Almond milk or water
1/4 cup frozen Blueberries
1 tbsp Ground Flax and Desiccated Coconut
2 scp Vanilia Protein Powder
1-2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder

A few berries and crushed almonds to garnish (if you want to go fancy!)
Put everything in the blender Рwhiz until well combined and serve!  seriously this take about 2-3 mins from start to finish.
Notes: Fast breakfast option after a workout: add 1/4-1/3 cup of Oatmeal/bran and 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
