Side salad, snack whichever you choose. Great on it’s own or served with grilled meat, fish. Poached eggs, tofu – over to you!
Broccoli head – I blanched mine but you could eat raw if it doesn’t give you tummy problems. cut into florets.
In a pan cook off 4-6 rashes of bacon along with a half a chopped red onion and garlic glove. (for ease I cook the bacon then chop it).
Mix in the broccoli. You can also add chopped silverbeat, kale or spinach if you some available.
2 tbsp Sunflower seeds or pinenuts
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Chilli flakes if you fancy 🙂 Enjoy
