Yes, the deep the Ocean view looks far more appealing than my Kanengo & Seed Snack! but this ugly dish packs amazing health benefits and taste great too.

At my local organic store recently I purchased a bag, and almost managed to follow the recipe! Quick, simple and incredibly satisfying but so light which was perfect after my workout.
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
1 tbsp Cashew pieces
1 generous cup of dried Karengo
Lightly sauteed the seeds, then as per recipe (supplied by Pacific Harvest) reduced the heat to very low and added the Karengo, kept turning it with the oil and seeds for about 5 mins…..Yumm!
