Paleo Roll – Snack

After yesterday’s Kids Workshop, I had a few Omelete/Crepes left over.  Today they made a perfect mid morning protein hit. Light and super quick to put together as well as being wheat and gluten free!

Egg omelete/crepe; made with fresh egg and a dash of water.
Filling; spread of vegemite, fresh leaves and sweet cherry tomatoes.
